Speaking of Osaka, it's takoyaki! It's a specialty of Eeyan, but in addition to the basic sauce mayonnaise, there is a wide lineup of unique varieties such as salt pepper lemon takoyaki, mentaiko mayonnaise takoyaki, premium kiwami takoyaki topped with caviar, truffle and gold leaf, cheese doro takoyaki, green onion takoyaki, and more! A specialty of Osaka, made with deep-fried beef intestines (horumon) that have been chopped up over time until all excess fat is removed, and then topped with fried abura-kasu.The outside is crispy and the inside is soft and chewy, and it's full of collagen. It's a delicious udon noodle made with the broth from Sushi Ohata, a famous sushi restaurant in Kitashinchi. Please give it a try!

Food

The dashi stock used in our restaurant is carefully selected by our chefs.We care not only about taste but also about appearance, and serve our food in our original tableware designed by ceramic artist Ohara Yojiro.In addition, all the oil we use in our restaurant is olive oil! It's healthy, flavorful, and good for your body, so you can enjoy fried foods to your heart's content.
